Philip, Michelle and Anna

Here are some fun pictures of a family shoot we took a few weeks ago.

Anna was very serious this day and would not budge when it came to smiles.

Thankfully she loved her blanket and her dad tickling her, so we were able to get a few smiles. Hey, we'll take it!

I thought Michelle and Philip were very cute together too.

David, Stacey, & little Kylee

We had a lot of fun with this photo shoot. Kylee was such a doll and gave us a lot of great opportunities to take some wonderful pictures. They are such a cute family. We almost ran out of room on our card. Here are a few of our favorites.

Tera & Chris

We had a quick photo session with this lovely couple at a local university. We wish we had had more time to take more photos, but they still turned out quite nice.

(I just had to add this one because I love the fact that she can't help but smile in all the kissy pictures. So cute.)

Adam & Nikki (part 2)

Adam & Nikki were so much fun to work with! They are getting sealed in the Sacramento LDS Temple in December and we are so glad they chose us to take their announcement pictures. They are a photographers dream! Look at how beautiful these two are.

Here are a few of our favorites.

Maihi

We snuck in some pictures of Jen's adorable 15 month old. There are a lot of pictures. He's my nephew. Of course I have to post all my favorites!

Baby Alison

Alli was such an adorable baby and a pleasure to shoot.

We love the idea of incorporating things that are personal for our photoshoots. That's one of the reasons why we love taking these photos because it will hold something a little more special for them than the regular photo shoots you go to the mall or studio for. This is an example of bringing in something special for this particular family. Allison is laying on a sheep skin brought over from New Zealand by her grandfather.

I think you can capture the love Alli's mom, Jen, has for her in these next few shots.

This is her baby blanket her grandmother (from New Zealand) made for her as well.

Jack

Our favorite test subject.

Happy Anniversary

For our wedding anniversary we set up our tripod and took some much needed "us" pictures. I thought they turned out terrific. Once again, thank you tripod!

Enjoying the outdoors...

We needed an updated family picture, and the weather was beautiful. We took all of these with our tripod. Amazing where a $40 tripod can get you. :)
