The K. Fam!

Our last family shoot in California and it was FREEZING outside. I grew up with Jason and Jen's family, so it was fun to see them and visit with them while we took their pictures. The kids did really well, considering the weather, and we got a lot of really great shots! They are a beautiful family, don't you think?

The oldest two...

The twins...

And the doll London with her parents.

Kinda, Brian & Fam

There were a lot of fun pictures to choose from with this family. The kids were so well behaved and I have never seen a more smiley one year old in my life! Our little guy does not smile in pictures, so it was really fun to see all the smiles the kids took in the family shots!

Tim & Stacy

The other week we had an opportunity to photograph a wonderful family. They were a ton of fun and really easy to photograph. It was a difference from taking pictures of a family with younger kids. After about 45 min we had pretty much finished up and I was thinking, wow that went a lot quicker than what I am used to. I was worried at first that we didn't get enough photos, but here are just a few of the ones that I loved.

Getting closer to the move...

We had our official last photo shoot in Cali today! Yesterday James did his first wedding - all on his own! He did an amazing job and I just sat back and helped with positioning and what shots I thought looked cute. I've been pretty exhausted with the shoots so we've been working on getting James to be more in charge of the photography and it's turned out really well. He's still enjoying it and getting more practice, and we both think it will really help him with his designing business he's hoping to get into. I might get back behind the camera in a few months, but for now I'm very happy to take a break from the exhausting schedule and just help with the photo editing. :)

We've had so much fun taking all the pictures and getting to know the families and couples better. We've been meaning to post some pictures of the various shoots, but with traveling and vacations coming up we've been pretty busy. Even so, look forward to some awesome pictures from the photo shoots soon!
