Emily's Maternity Session - Rexburg Idaho Maternity Photographer

Emily was 37 weeks along at the photo shoot and looked absolutely stunning. I hope I will look that good when I'm full term. She and her husband Mike were up for anything, so we ended up with some very nice shots.



Of course we had to get some shots in with the whole family. Their son Jackson is only a few months older than our Jack, so it was fun to see them interact with each other at the shoot.


I love the family shots... Even though for the life of us we couldn't get sweet Jackson to smile.

Michelle: Graduation - Rexburg Idaho Photographer

Michelle asked if we could take some quick pictures for her graduation invitation. Again, the weather was amazingly awful (thank you Rexburg!), but we were still able to get some beautiful shots in.

I am very happy to announce that James has done his first maternity portrait session. It took a little persuasion on my side to get him interested in it, but once I explained that many women want to have beautiful pictures done of their pregnancy without showing off skin he was a lot more willing to try it out for me. :) Unfortunately for Crystal and Tyler we ran short on time because of weather, but we were able to get in a few shots for them with the small window of sunshine we did get.

Crystal was fine with just taking mainly couple shots, but here's a shot of her all on her own. Such a cute prego. Can you believe she literally is days away from her estimated due date? She's adorable.


Baby William is going to be into airplanes, I have a feeling - just like dad.

Katie & Garen: Engagements - Rexburg Idaho Photographer

Katie & Garen are getting married next month. We had a lot of fun with them, and they were more than willing to suffer through the horrible weather (again, we live in Rexburg...) and we were able to get a lot of really cute shots. Here are just a sample of ones that I worked on. None of these are ones that Katie & Garen actually chose for their top 10 photos, so we were really lucky to get so many different and fun shots in with this couple.

We had an overwhelming amount of interested clients wanting to take advantage of our newborn and maternity special. Thank you everyone who contacted us and gave us clients to work with! We're excited to get some fun pictures in and work with you!

The newborn/maternity special is now expired... Although I do know my husband to be a very lenient man, so if you contact him he may be able to still work a deal for you. ;)

But we are no longer in need of advertising it.

And the unveiling of the new website that James is working on... It should be up and running soon with a lot more of our portfolio work than we currently have up on the blog. It's turning out very nice. What can I say? I just have a very talented husband. :)

Special Ending TONIGHT

Thank you for EVERYONE who has commented, emailed, and called to book maternity and newborn photo sessions with us. We are excited that we had so many replies and people who are willing to help us work on our craft! We are already booked solid until school is out. (poor Jimmy... I probably did this special at the wrong time for him. Not only does he have three final projects to do and his finals, but now he has photo shoots booked all week too and find time to move and do our childbirth classes. He's a trooper and I love you babe!) Thanks again for all the people who responded!

We have decided to end the special TONIGHT. We may bring it back if we have cancelations, so if you are interested in Newborn or maternity photography keep an eye out for another few openings with the free price tag! But as of now we have more than enough sessions to keep us busy the next few months! So thanks everyone.

If you know of anyone else who is interested in the free special going on TELL THEM TO CONTACT US BY TONIGHT (12:00 AM). We are not booking any more portrait sessions until the beginning of the new semester and we know our work schedule. So we are not scheduling any set portrait sessions until around the 23rd or 24th of April. If you contact us now though we will keep your information and contact you back when we know when our times to do portraits will be.
